Presentation

The ESART Bachelor’s degree in Project Management is a RNCP-registered qualification, Level 6, designed to transform students into operational project managers. The primary objective is to teach you how to manage an idea from its initial conception through to its final delivery, while adhering to specific constraints.

This programme is ideally suited to the needs of Managers or Project Managers seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.

The ESART Bachelor’s degree enables students to be highly operational from their first professional experience or to continue their studies at a Bac+4/5 level. Courses, lectures, masterclasses, and business games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their fields.

This Bachelor’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the opportunity to enrol in the first year of a Master’s degree programme.

Programme Objectives

The ESART Bachelor’s degree in Project Management  is a state-recognised Level 6 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Define objectives (SMART), feasibility, and scope

  • Develop project timelines and define key milestones

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust resources accordingly

  • Analyse results and conduct a post-project review (lessons learned)

  • Master software tools such as MS Project, Trello, Jira, Asana or GanttProject

  • Learn to prepare a budget, monitor costs, and ensure profitability

  • Know how to motivate, delegate, and coordinate diverse profiles

  • Anticipate unforeseen events and pivot effectively in times of crisis

  • Learn to manage stakeholders (clients, suppliers, senior management)

  • Align the project with the company’s overall strategy

  • Act as a bridge between different departments (technical, commercial, legal)

  • Often delivered through work-study programmes or extended internships, which form the core of this programme

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
  • Work-study programme available from the third year onwards

ENTRY LEVEL(S)

Baccalaureate and Bac+2

Prerequisites: The Bachelor’s degree in Project Management at ESART is open to holders of a baccalaureate qualification and, for entry into the third year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.

Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

Access deadlines

  • Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
  • Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake remain open until 18 December.

Modalities

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,
  • At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
  • By a student or their legal guardian
  • Work-study is available from the third year onwards

Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

The GP programme in the 1st and 2nd year, which aims to develop managerial skills, is structured as follows:

3RD YEAR

The GP programme in the specialisation year is organised into two (2) axes:

AXIS 1: SPECIALISATION SUBJECTS

Semester 2:

  • Employment Law

  • Client Needs Investigation and Reformulation

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Validation of competency blocks:

  • Block 1: Coordinate and improve the commercial activities of the retail establishment

  • Block 2: Contribute to the strategic directions of the brand and optimise the economic performance of the retail establishment

  • Block 3: Manage the employees of the retail establishment
