The Bachelor in Business Management at ESART is a qualification registered with the RNCP, Level 6, designed to transform students into sales and operational management professionals capable of leading a strategy from start to finish.

This programme is perfectly aligned with the needs of managers responsible for overseeing commercial strategy, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.

The ESART Bachelor enables students to be fully operational from their first professional experience or to pursue further studies at Bac+4/5 level. Courses, conferences, masterclasses and Business Games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

This Bachelor’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the opportunity to enrol in the first year of a Master’s degree programme.

Programme Objectives

The Bachelor in Business Management at ESART is a state-recognised Level 6 diploma designed to achieve the following objectives:

  • Learn to conduct sales meetings in B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) contexts.

  • Implement CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to maintain lasting client relationships.

  • Master modern sales techniques (social selling, phoning, marketing automation) to acquire new accounts.

  • Interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average basket value, conversion rate, or gross margin.

  • Establish sales forecasts and ensure the profitability of implemented actions.

  • Report activity to management in a concise and visual manner.

  • Analyse competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Translate company strategy into concrete objectives and field actions.

  • Participate in the promotion of offerings (events, digital marketing, sales materials).

  • Understand how to integrate and upskill team members.

  • Motivate a sales force, set individual and collective targets.

  • Acquire the necessary legal foundations to oversee sales contracts and team management.

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
  • Work-study programme available from the third year onwards

ENTRY LEVEL(S)

Baccalaureate and Bac+2

Prerequisites: The Bachelor in Business Management at ESART is open to holders of a baccalaureate qualification and, for entry into the third year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.

Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

Access deadlines

  • Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
  • Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake remain open until 18 December.

Modalities

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,
  • At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
  • By a student or their legal guardian
  • Work-study is available from the third year onwards

Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Validation of competency blocks:

  • Block 1: Coordinate and improve the commercial activity of the business establishment

  • Block 2: Contribute to the strategic directions of the brand and optimize the economic performance of the business establishment

  • Block 3: Manage the employees of the business establishment
