Presentation

The Bachelor Production Management programme at ESART is a Level 6 qualification registered with the RNCP, designed to train professionals capable of organising, planning, and administering the delivery of an audiovisual project.

This programme is fully aligned with the needs of industry professionals responsible for ensuring the feasibility of an audiovisual project, who seek creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.

The Bachelor at ESART enables students to become highly operational from their first professional experience or to pursue further studies at Bachelor’s +4/5 level. The programme includes courses, conferences, masterclasses, and Business Games delivered by professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

This programme does not offer any equivalences or transfer pathways.

FURTHER STUDIES

This Bachelor’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the opportunity to enrol in the first year of a Master’s degree programme.

Programme Objectives

The Bachelor Production Management programme at ESART is a State-recognised Level 6 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:

  • Understand and manage all stages of audiovisual production, from the initial concept to final distribution

  • Prepare the project by developing a provisional budget, negotiating copyright, and drafting contracts with technical and artistic teams

  • Organise the filming process by planning the shooting schedule, identifying and managing locations, and coordinating the necessary logistics

  • Ensure the smooth delivery of the production through to distribution

  • Acquire skills in management and administration

  • Develop a strong sense of responsibility and risk anticipation

  • Coordinate the various professional roles involved in filming and post-production

  • Mobilise and manage teams effectively

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
  • Work-study programme available from the third year onwards

ENTRY LEVEL(S)

Baccalaureate and Bac+2

Prerequisites: The Bachelor Production Management at ESART is open to holders of a baccalaureate qualification and, for entry into the third year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.

Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

Access deadlines

  • Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
  • Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake remain open until 18 December.

Modalities

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,
  • At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
  • By a student or their legal guardian
  • Work-study is available from the third year onwards

Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

  • Mastering the Audiovisual Production Chain (from signal capture to PAD delivery and broadcast)

  • Production Companies and Industry Structure

  • Crisis Management in Production

  • Internship (Mandatory)

  • Professional Report (Final Year Project)


AREA 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Validation of competency blocks:

  • Block 1: Coordinate and enhance the commercial activity of a retail establishment

  • Block 2: Contribute to the organisation’s strategic direction and optimise its economic performance

  • Block 3: Manage the employees of a retail establishment
