The ESART Master’s programme in Project and Innovation Management is an RNCP-registered qualification, Level 7, which trains executives over two years to transform creative ideas into concrete and profitable realities, with a focus on managing uncertainty and leading change.

FURTHER STUDIES
This Master’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of the Master’s programme.
Programme Objectives
The ESART Master’s degree in Project and Innovation Management is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:
Learn to navigate between the V-model and Agile methodologies to adapt to the pace of innovation
Use software tools for project tracking and reporting
Master competitive intelligence and technological monitoring to identify future trends
Apply user-centred approaches to design products or services that meet real needs
Understand how to protect innovations and manage legal aspects
Learn to coordinate diverse profiles (engineers, designers, marketers)
Know how to “sell” a project internally to management or externally to investors
Support employees through organisational transformations related to new technologies
Assess project profitability, manage an R&D budget, and identify funding sources
Develop a solid business plan for a new venture or start-up
- Duration of Studies:
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programme available.
- Prerequisites
ENTRY LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites: The Master’s Degree in Project and Innovation Management at ESART is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree / Licence or any other Level 6 qualification and, for entry into the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master 1 or have obtained a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Access deadlines
- Applications for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Applications for the deferred January 2027 intake remain open until 18 December.
Modalities
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
- By the employer,
- At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study is available from the third year onwards
Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Validation of skills blocks:
Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI
Block 2: Design a digital project using a UX Design approach adapted to AI
Block 3: Manage a digital project using agile methodology, and develop its functional specification and technical requirements
Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI
Block 5: Conduct studies and write reports in competitive intelligence and business strategy
